Are you measuring the value of your returns against your investments? Are you sure you are getting value for money for your training budget year on year?

Unfortunately the procurement of training services is a little dull, and more often than not, just a box ticking administrative exercise.

We will hold a post training workshop to gauge the knowledge transfer to the delegates in the workplace. This is a great opportunity to keep your training providers honest and will give them an incentive to perform in order to maintain their lucrative contracts with your HP department.
